Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. US orders of $50.00 or more qualify for free shipping. All orders $40.00-$49.99 and under are charged a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping and handling. All orders $39.99 and under shipping rates are calculated from Carrier provider. Orders being sent to Canada of $75.00 or more qualify for free shipping. All orders $74.99 and under are charged $20 for shipping and handling.
